How we manage our work

We develop and manufacture compact, intelligent electromechanical components based on the principles of electromagnetism.

The sinergy of the competences includes:

  • Winding technology and soldering
  • Moulding technology in termoplastic or epossidic resins
  • Using of cables, electronics, rubbers
  • Realization and assembly of metallic parts

We help you in the realization of new products defining the optimal geometry and materials with specific electromagnetic and mould-flow analysis and during the prototyping making tests as endurance, thermal shock, vibration, force measurments etc.

What do we do?

  • We have competencies with ATEX explosion-proof products answering from customer product specifications.
  • We realize coils and solenoids responding to UL approvals.
  • We make special treatments to improve the durability like vacuum impregnation for coils in wet environments.
  • AECAS can integrate temperature sensors, thermofuse, electronic components and make special connector design in order to fulfill specific application requirements.
  • We can supply hydraulic or pneumatic solenoids complete with pilot sleeves.
  • We develop specific applications using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) electronics integrated into the coil or connector to optimize performance and minimize size.
  • We manufacture push-pull electromagnets with a movable core and holding electromagnets.

What about the environment?

Strong is the AE.CAS engagement regarding the environment and the sustainability of its work.

For this reason AE.CAS is looking to the future helping the reduction of CO2 footprint with own solar energy and suppling goods to the investment industry with improved efficiency.

How we manage our work

Our quality is verified

AECAS makes the following test on 100% of the coils / solenoids produced:

  • Electrical resistance
  • Surge Test (check of the insulation between the wires of the winding)
  • Hypot test (check of the insulation to earth or to the outer surface)
  • Visual checking

At the customer’s request, we inspect other parameters either 100% or by sampling, in accordance with control plans issued to verify critical product characteristics. Drawing inspiration from automotive standards and specific customer requirements, we prepare PPAP documentation upon completion of a new product’s development (Process Flow, Process FMEA, and control plan).

We address any non-conformities promptly using the 8D report form.

We hold ISO 9001:2015 quality certification (download the latest version from the certification body)
